Project overview
UltimateTV’s Remote Record service from Microsoft allows users to schedule recordings of their favorite TV programs from a PC or mobile device.
Design goals
With Remote Record, the objective was to create a user experience that made setting up recordings from anywhere as easy as selecting a program from a TV listings menu. The Remote Record UI had to be straightforward and had to offer elegant transitions between the varying screen sizes of the web, mobile devices, and TV.
